FUNDING FOR CHILDREN REQUIRING THERAPY

Registered therapist with Western Cape Assoc. For Play Therapy have indicated that they are willing to render therapeutic services to a child at a reduced rate
Only 6 – 8 therapeutic sessions will be funded. Should additional sessions be required the Therapist MUST inform the Western Cape Assoc. For Play Therapy Management in writing, prior to extending the number of sessions
The names of the Therapists are placed on a centralized data base kept by the Western Cape Assoc. For Play Therapy Management team
Social Workers apply to the Western Cape Assoc. For Play Therapy via an application form, for this services.
The Social Workers are then informed of the list of Therapist they can approach for these services, and finalise the logistical arrangement directly with the Therapist
Therapist then submits their claims, with the approval letter to the Western Cape Assoc. For Play Therapy – Management Team for payment
EFT Payment will be made to the Therapist after completion of all approved sessions 30 days after invoice and supporting documentation has been received by the Treasurer
Administration:

Application forms to be completed by Social Workers
Letter of approval by Western Cape Association For Play Therapy Management Team
Submitted claims with proof of payment (EFT) will be made 30 days from date of being received by the Treasurer.
